UltraVPN是一款免费的无流量限制的VPN服务软件，小众软件上评论速度还不错，但我感觉一般，打开网页的速度都比较慢。不然是免费的，也忍了！经测试每次链接后的IP都是变化，但都是在一个大的IP段内【94.23.*.*】，IP查了一下好像是法国。
UltraVPN 与 AlonWeb 一样基于 OpenVPN，使用需要注册账户，免费。
连接到 VPN 后，你的电脑属于全局代理状态，根据墙的特性，可能会有部分国内网站无法访问。可以观看 YouTube、Flickr 等等网站。
