现在把整个解决过程写出来，希望可以给遇到同样麻烦的朋友提供点帮助。

出现问题的环境：
1。 系统为：Win7旗舰版
2。卸载完Office2010Beta版后，再安装正式版出现的问题。

解决方法：

1。 卸载360安全卫士 （不知道是否有用，单独仅是卸载不起作用）

2。 停止您监控的杀毒软件。（我使用的Microsoft Security Essential，停止“实时保护”）

3。 修正您的.net framwork程序（此部分最重要，并不需要您收到修改，这里有一个工具可以下载【dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip】）

基本上完成上面3步骤，就可以正确安装，解决1935错误了。

另，解决1935错误后，又报错2503错误。

我查了一下，好像是权限问题，我又使用右键“使用管理员身份运行”重新安装，就没有问题。一切正常了。

至于破解工具和方法，这里就不提了。

另，找到了一个Office2010可用序列号，这里和大家分享：
