UCenter无法安装的原因

Apache+Php+MySQL+Zend Optimizer

这些环境都安装了，其他的程序（DEDECMS）都正常。

但UCenter总是不行。安装不了。

报错
The file data/config.inc.php does not exist, perhaps because of UCenter has not been installed, Please click here to install it..

查了半天原因，都没有搞定。
偶然看到了一个解决方法，原来真是。需要打开php的短标签。

即【short_open_tag = Off】-》【short_open_tag = On】

改好终于解决了。
